Can I Do Panchakarma After Cancer Treatment?

Panchakarma includes different procedures, and their suitability depends on the person's health.

Questions You're Afraid to Ask

The short answer

This is an individual clinical decision, not something every cancer survivor should automatically undergo.

Panchakarma includes different procedures, and their suitability depends on the person's health.

Before considering it, discuss:

Type of cancer

Treatment completed

Current medicines

Nutritional status

Blood counts

Kidney and liver function

Strength and general health

Any ongoing treatment

Be cautious if someone says:

"Panchakarma will remove cancer toxins."

"Panchakarma will prevent recurrence."

"You no longer need oncology follow-up."

Remember

Traditional therapies deserve the same attention to safety as any other medical intervention.

Never use Panchakarma to delay or replace necessary cancer treatment.
