Cancer Support India provides general information, resource directories, and community spaces relating to cancer support in India. It is an informational and community platform, not a healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

4. Community Guidelines

By participating in the Community section, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect; harassment, hate speech, or abuse will result in removal.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Cancer Support India a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your own content.

The Support Directory and Global Resources sections list third-party organisations for informational purposes. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of services provided by listed organisations. Please verify details directly with the organisation before relying on a listing.

7. Intellectual Property

Content on the Platform, excluding user-generated community content and third-party materials, is owned by Cancer Support India / Dr. Aakash Kembhavi and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You may share and reference content for personal, non-commercial, informational use with attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cancer Support India and its founders, reviewers, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided on the Platform.
