Some people experience:

Sadness

Anxiety

Loss of interest

Irritability

Loneliness

Fear

Sleep problems

Do not dismiss persistent symptoms.

If sadness or anxiety is affecting your everyday life, speak with your doctor or a mental-health professional.

Support may include:

Counselling

Support groups

Family support

Relaxation practices

Physical activity when appropriate

Medical treatment when necessary

Remember

Finishing treatment does not mean you must immediately feel happy.

Recovery includes emotional recovery too.
