Changes in routine

Daytime sleeping

Worry about the future

Try:

Keeping regular sleep and wake times

Reducing caffeine later in the day

Keeping the bedroom comfortable

Gentle relaxation before bed

Avoiding long daytime naps when possible

Where might Ayurveda or yoga help?

Relaxation, meditation, breathing practices and appropriately adapted yoga may support wellbeing and sleep for some people.
